Launch Giveaway Terms

1.What is given

A fixed number of complimentary MaziFlow events, stated on the giveaway page, each a package worth the price shown there, for an event taking place within the next 12 months. A complimentary event has everything a paid event has and follows the same lifecycle, including the availability period after the event date and, for a printed package, the delivery of the cards.

2.Who may apply

Anyone 18 or over who is organising an event with a date. One application per email address. Employees and family of the people running MaziFlow may not apply.

Applying creates no entitlement of any kind. Only the people selected are contacted.

3.How recipients are chosen

Recipients are chosen by hand from the applications received, for a mix of event kinds and dates, by the MaziFlow team. It is not a random draw and not first come, first served. The decision is final and we do not correspond about applications that were not selected.

A selected person receives an email with a claim link valid for the period stated in it. The event is created when the person opens the link, names the event and gives its date. An unclaimed invitation lapses and may be offered to someone else.

4.What we may not do with it

We never publish the names of applicants or recipients, and never any photo or video from a recipient's event. Any later sharing of a recipient's experience happens only under a separate written agreement with that person.

A complimentary event cannot be exchanged for money or anything else, and cannot be transferred to another person.

5.Your data

We keep your email address, the details you give about your event, your language, when you applied and the link you arrived with. We use them only to read and answer your application. Unselected applications are deleted within six months of the campaign's end. The Privacy Policy applies to everything else; write to privacy@maziflow.gr with any request.

6.Changes

We may change the number of complimentary events, close applications early, or cancel the giveaway if it has to be; events already granted are not affected. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer. [TO BE COMPLETED ON LEGAL REVIEW]
