Professional Terms

1.Who these terms are for

These terms apply to a business that subscribes to MaziFlow Professionals (Studio, Pro, Agency or an Enterprise agreement). They apply in addition to the Terms of Service; where the two differ about a professional subscription, these terms prevail.

2.Plans and prices

Every plan is prepaid: the full price for the term you choose is charged at the start of that term. Nothing is billed after use and nothing is paid in instalments.

Monthly: Studio €99, Pro €179, Agency €299, each charged in full at the start of every month. 6 months: Studio €535, Pro €969, Agency €1,615, charged in full at the start of the six months. 12 months: Studio €949, Pro €1,719, Agency €2,869, charged in full at the start of the twelve months. Any “per month” figure shown next to a 6- or 12-month plan is a comparison only; it is not an amount that is charged monthly.

3.Included events refresh every month

Each plan includes a number of event activations per month: 3 on Studio, 8 on Pro and 20 on Agency.

The month is your own billing month: it starts on the day of the month on which your subscription began, not on the first of the calendar month. This is the same on a 6- or 12-month plan — the included events refresh monthly throughout the term; they are not provided as one pool for the whole term.

4.Activation uses one event

Creating, editing and previewing a draft is free. An event uses one of the month's included events when you choose “Activate MaziFlow” and confirm.

Once an event has been activated, that event stays used for the month: pausing it, ending uploads, archiving or deleting it, or the event finishing does not return it.

5.The 30 days are included

An activated event stays available until 30 days after its event date, as every MaziFlow does. If that period runs into your next billing month, it does not use another event.

6.No rollover

Included events that you do not use in a billing month are not carried over to the next one. Each month starts again with the number your plan includes — on a monthly, a 6-month and a 12-month plan alike. A prepaid 6- or 12-month plan does not give you all its events at once: it gives you your plan's monthly number, month after month, for the length of the term.

7.Extra events

When the month's events are used you can add an event: €39 on Studio, €29 on Pro, €19 on Agency, each plus VAT. An extra event is prepaid: it is charged first, and it is added to your month when the payment is confirmed. There is no billing of extra events after the fact.

Only the workspace owner, or a team member the owner has allowed to make purchases, can buy one.

An extra event applies to the current billing month only. It does not change your plan, and an unused extra event is not carried over or refunded. [REFUND TREATMENT OF UNUSED EXTRA EVENTS TO BE CONFIRMED ON LEGAL REVIEW]

8.Billing terms and renewal

You choose to pay for one month, six months or twelve months at a time. Whichever you choose, the whole amount for that term is charged upfront, when the term begins. A 6-month plan is one payment for six months; a 12-month plan is one payment for twelve months.

At the end of the term the subscription renews automatically for another term of the same length — another month, another six months or another twelve months — and the full price then in force for that term is again charged upfront, unless you cancel renewal before the renewal date. The term you pay for and the monthly refresh of your included events are separate: the events refresh every month throughout the term, on the day of the month your subscription began.

9.Upgrades and downgrades

An upgrade takes effect immediately and keeps your current term and renewal date. The additional amount for the remainder of the term is calculated by our payment provider. [TO BE CONFIRMED WHEN LIVE BILLING IS CONFIGURED]

A downgrade, or a change of billing term, takes effect at your next renewal. Access you have already paid for is not reduced before then.

10.Cancellation

You can cancel renewal at any time from your plan page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the term you have already paid for.

When a subscription ends, events that are already active keep working for their clients for their full 30 days. New events cannot be activated.

11.If a payment fails

If a renewal payment fails we will tell you and try again. While a payment is overdue, new events cannot be activated and extra events cannot be bought. Events that are already active are not interrupted during their 30 days. [GRACE PERIOD AND SUSPENSION RULES TO BE DEFINED]

12.Your clients and their guests

You decide what you charge your clients and you are responsible for your agreement with them. When you hand an event to a client, they receive their own access to that event; you keep managing it.

13.Branding

Depending on your plan, your name and logo appear alongside, or ahead of, MaziFlow's on the guest page. MaziFlow's mark remains visible on every plan.

A custom domain and a white-label option are planned as separate paid add-ons. They are not available today and are not part of any plan.

14.Printing and delivery

Printed QR cards are an optional add-on per event and are not included in a subscription. Print orders are covered by the Printing & Delivery Terms.

Pro and Agency include a discount on professional print prices (10% and 20%). It applies from the moment professional print ordering opens and its prices are published; until then no professional print price exists and no discount is owed.

While the launch offer is shown, standard delivery of eligible QR print orders to Greece and Cyprus is free of charge. The offer may be changed or ended for future orders.

15.Changes

We may change plans, included events and prices for future terms. A change does not affect a term you have already paid for. [NOTICE PERIOD FOR CHANGES TO BE DEFINED]
