Beta Programme Terms

1.What a Beta place is

A complimentary MaziFlow event — the package stated on the Beta page, with everything a paid event has — given to a limited number of people who will use it at a real event and tell us how it went. It follows the same lifecycle as a paid event: the same availability period after the event date, the same limits, the same deletion.

A Beta place is not a trial version and not a sandbox: your guests' photos are real, private and yours, exactly as on a paid event.

2.Who may apply, and how places are given

Anyone 18 or over with an event coming up — organisers as well as photographers, studios, venues and other event professionals. One place per person or business. Employees and family of the people running MaziFlow may not apply.

Applications are read by a person and places are given by hand, for a mix of event kinds. Applying creates no entitlement; only the people chosen are contacted, by email, with an invitation link valid for the period stated in it.

3.What we ask in return

To use the product at your event as you would if you had paid for it, and afterwards to answer the feedback form in your dashboard, honestly, in your own words. That is the whole price. There is no other obligation: no public review, no name on our website, no photos.

Your feedback is read by the MaziFlow team and kept with your account. It is never published and never used as a testimonial unless you agree to that separately, in writing.

4.What we may change

Beta software changes. We may add or adjust features during the programme and we will not remove access to your event or your files while it is available. If we had to close the programme early, events already granted would continue to their natural end.

We may end a Beta place that is used in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, in which case the Event Media Terms about removal apply.

5.Your data

We keep your email address, the details you give about your event, your language, when you applied and the link you arrived with; after acceptance, the account and event data described in the Privacy Policy. Unselected applications are deleted within six months of the programme's end. Write to privacy@maziflow.gr with any request.

6.Everything else

The Terms of Service, the Event Media and Guest Upload Terms and the Privacy Policy apply to a Beta event as to any other. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer. [TO BE REVIEWED BY COUNSEL]
